Mrs Omotara Olanitori is a passionate and creative educator with a heart for helping children, teenagers and young adults, with a special interest in the girl child.
She knows how to connect with the heart of people and align with strategic business objectives. She also demonstrate strong organisational, facilitation and communication skills with a keen interest in Leadership, as well as people development. She is passionate about equipping leaders and educators with the requisite tools to deliver skill sets with excellence.
She is judiciously organised, assertive and prioritizes improving operational efficiency for maximum growth by ensuring a deeper level of student engagement, for an equipping school system.
She is an alumnus of the University of Leicester and the University of Loughborough where she attained her postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and Management, and Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Society, in the years 2005 and 2006 respectively. She also attended Corona College of Education where she attained her Postgraduate Diploma in Education in the year 2020.
Over the last 15 years, she played several roles such as; brand support associate, team administrator, business development executive, administrative assistant, and executive assistant amongst others.
This experience and training equipped her for her present role as the Executive Director of Dansol Christian Mission which is the umbrella body for Dansol High School and Dansol Nursery and Primary School. At Dansol, she adequately plays an active role in the Management team. She is passionate about the development of the schools as well as the total wellbeing of the learners. Alongside this role, she also runs an NGO called Sterling Pillars which is targeted at empowering the girl child. She also seats on the board of Crimsonbow sickle cell initiative. Mrs Omotara Olanitori is a leader with a desire to achieve a high standard in everything she does.
